Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment. When you create an appointment we reserve that session for you, and you alone. Short notice cancellations or forgotten appointments mean that we are unable to use that time to see another client. Please respect that a full fee is chargeable in these instances. Cancellations requiring refunds will be subject to a £3 processing fee which will be deducted prior to refund. In the instance that The Nest at Fifty Three is unable to fulfill your appointment, we will endeavour to reschedule at a time convenient to you, or a full refund will be given.
