The Nest at Fifty Three is a small aromatherapy business run solely by Julia Stokes.

Located just 8 miles from the market town of St Neots, a stones throw from historic Kimbolton, and 11 miles north of Bedford the Nest at 53 is nestled on the boarders of Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire. Surrounded by the beautiful villages of Great Staughton, Colmworth, Keysoe & Perry, where the wonderful Grafham water can be found.

About Julia

I left my longstanding career as a Geophysicist when I had my fourth child, I love children and motherhood but as my family grew, I began to look at retraining. I found aromatherapy in the search for more natural ways to support my family with common ailments. So, I decided to retrain as an Aromatherapist! As I trained with Neals Yard aromatherapies, I discovered a love for the bodywork associated with aromatherapy which has continued to grow to this day, bodywork has become a passion for me and the more I learn and work with the body and massage, the more I want to know!

That is not to say I have left the aromatherapy behind; however, I truly love how essential oils can aid my bodywork beyond that of my hands alone. I love how they aid me in the support of clients in a wealth of different ways from relaxation, insomnia, anxiety, all the way though to supporting sports preparation, and pregnancy.

My passion while working is solely creating treatments for clients that are truly individual to them, I love to listen and support each client though their journey whatever that may be, in a way that is 100% guided by them.
