I am a Level 3 Massage Therapist and Clinical Aromatherapist MIFPA
trained by Neals Yard Remedies and the owner of
The Nest at Fifty Three, which is located in Little Staughton, Bedfordshire.

Located just 8 miles from the market town of St Neots, a stones throw from historic Kimbolton, and 11 miles north of Bedford the Nest at 53 is nestled on the boarders of Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire. Surrounded by the beautiful villages of Great Staughton, Colmworth, Keysoe & Perry, where the wonderful Grafham water can be found.
l offer a range of specialised aromatherapy and holistic massage treatments which are tailored specifically to you. Together we can work on anything from general relaxation and sleep support to physical wellness during sports training for that big match or race!

You may find that I do things a little differently at The Nest at 53. Trained in deep tissue massage at the Jing school of massage I look at massage though a different lense. Taking time to listen to you and what your body is telling me though touch. I offer a fusion of eastern and western techniques both traditional and modern to connect uniquely with you. I work slowly and mindfully though the layers of the body gently evoking deep relaxation and recovery, creating a truly unique experience that should feel amazing and never hurt.
